All sales are final orders. The PTO is run by volunteers and we do not have the staff or process in place to process returns. If there is something wrong with your order please contact us at ceschampspto@gmail.com within 14 business days of your order being delivered. If you decide you no longer want an item, we recommend donating or reselling an item to another Chattahoochee family.

All orders are hand packed, labeled, and delivered to your child's teacher the week AFTER your order is placed.

Please indicate on the NOTES section of checkout your student's NAME, GRADE, and TEACHER so that we know where to deliver your order. Thank you!
