Meet the Board
2026 - 2027 Executive Board

President
Tess Ricci
Tess is a proud mom of one daughter, Emma, who is in 2nd grade this year. She and her family moved to Cumming several years ago from Nashville, TN, and they are absolutely in love with this wonderful community! Tess has always loved getting involved at the school and has been a room parent for each of Emma’s classes. Her professional background is in accounting, which has given her strong organizational, budgeting, and planning skills that she is excited to bring to this role.
When she is not working or volunteering at the school, Tess is usually hanging out at the dance studio with Emma, snuggling with her 3 cats at home, or searching for her family's next beach vacation spot! Tess is so excited to serve as the PTO President with such an amazing team and help make this an amazing and memorable school year!

Co-Vice President
Kristin Burke
Kristin is so excited to be a Co-Vice President with the PTO for the 2026/27 school year! She values strong family-school connections and looks forward to supporting our students and teachers. She is the mom of a CES grad (now 16) and a current 3rd grader, Owen. She is passionate about helping children feel encouraged, included, and excited about learning. Kristin enjoys connecting with others, bringing fresh ideas, and finding ways to make school events and experiences fun and meaningful. She is happy to be part of another great school year at CES!

Co-Vice President
Madison Staggs
Madison is a full-time working mom of three, professional multitasker, and someone who genuinely thrives on a busy (and slightly chaotic) schedule. She works in the construction industry, where she has built her career, but her most important role is being a mom to Carter (2nd grade), Bella (Kindergarten), and her newest little one Rosalie, born in November 2025.
When she's not working, you can usually find her planning her family's next adventure, organizing sleepovers and playdates, or just soaking up time with her kids. They love exploring new places, traveling whenever they can, and making everyday moments feel a little more special. Their house is always full of life (and noise!) with their two dogs, Brutus and Rambo.
Madison is incredibly excited to serve as Co-Vice President for the 2026–2027 school year because being involved in her kids’ school and giving back to this community truly means a lot to her. She loves bringing people together, planning events, and creating experiences that kids will remember. There’s something really special about seeing the excitement on their faces—and knowing you played a small part in that “magic.” Madison is looking forward to working alongside an amazing team to make this school year fun, engaging, and memorable for all of our families.

Treasurer
Christy Flippo
Christy is a proud mama to two amazing girls, Hailey (9yo - 3rd grade with Mrs. Fowler) and Blayke (3.5 -- future CES student), and happily married to her husband Ryan —who is also a CES Watchdog Dad!
With over 15 years in the accounting and finance world, she is ready to put those skills to work as Treasurer and help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.
When she's not crunching numbers, you can find her curled up with a good book, getting crafty, or soaking up quality time with family and friends.
Christy is so excited to be part of the PTO team and can't wait to help create even more amazing events for our incredible students and families at CES!

Co-Secretary
Lindsey Muller
Lindsey is a proud mom of two, a dog lover, and a passionate supporter of her school community. With a daughter, Rowan, in 1st Grade, she is excited to be involved during this special stage of her child's education and connect with other families. Professionally, Lindsey has dedicated her career to helping students achieve their educational goals. She is passionate about creating a welcoming, supportive school environment where every child can thrive. As a co-secretary of the PTO, Lindsey looks forward to contributing her time and energy to help make Chattahoochee a place where students feel excited to learn, grow, and belong!

Co-Secretary
Rachel Shipskie
Rachel has two children at Chattahoochee, Caleb, a 5th grader, and Olivia, a 1st grader, who both absolutely love their school and community.
She has lived in the area her entire life and has called Cumming home for the past 11 years. Rachel has loved watching the community grow, and is looking forward to being part of that same positive growth within our school.
Outside of school activities, Rachel and her kids enjoy spending time outdoors, doing arts and crafts, and going camping whenever they can. Professionally, she works as a manager for HOA and condominium associations, where she collaborates with board members, vendors, and homeowners to strengthen and enhance communities, something she is passionate about bringing into my role with the PTO.
She is excited for a great year ahead, supporting our students, teachers, and families!
